"I would rate the people I talked to on the phone a zero (zero being the lowest) When I first called I wanted someone to come and give an estimate and evaluation of what we needed, instead they set up an installation. When I realized this I called and told them again I did not want an installation, they still did not hear what I said. The techican when he came went over what he thought we needed and was very good about explaning things. After he came we thought about it a couple of days and let him put the system in. But the initial people you talk to on the phone needs to learn to listen and being bent on doing what they want you to do."
