"I was actually unaware that I did not call ADT directly! OOPS! Had a "deal" from passport card at work. Frankly the deal was not that huge because it is all the packaging. I have to pay 37 bucks per month but I got the installment fee back. Comes out the same. My friend only pays 19.99. The sales rep was very good at what he does because he made me feel like I was getting a GREAT deal! NOT! Clever of him though. The installment process was fine. The tech was very knowledgeable and patient w me. However when he reinstalled the panel, he inadvertently covered my phone jack. As my engineer husband would say "pay attention to details". No big deal though. My biggest issue was w the sign. It took forever to have it delivered. I had a call a few times. The authorized dealer people should make it a point to have ALL parts before they start the installment. I wish I deal w ADT directly because who knows my "deal" would be better. I am under contract for 2 years so it is not bad."
