The ADT monitored security system installation

  1. A Home Security Specialists will schedule a convenient date and time for the installation.
  2. A professional licensed technician will show up at the specified date and time to install your new ADT monitored Home Security System.
  3. If you do not have an existing home security system, the technician will consult with you and decide where each piece of equipment will be most effectively set up in your home.
  4. If you have an existing system, the technician will perform a series of tests to determine if it is working correctly. If it works properly, the technician will take the necessary steps to activate your old system with ADT's monitoring centers. If the old system is not functioning correctly, the technician will begin to install new updated equipment with your consent (cannot be under current contract with another company).
  5. Once everything is to your liking, the technician will activate your new ADT monitored home security system, linking it to the 6 ADT security monitoring centers located throughout the United States.
  6. The technician will give you a quick and easy demonstration on how to operate your new system and answer any questions you have.
