"Installation was thorough and I felt installation was done to maximize protection with the package I ordered. Installer was patient in answering my concerns and questions. An issue arose after installation reguarding pricing for a friend residing in my area, whose monthly charge was recently substantially reduced after she complained of high moonthly charges and threatened to discontinue service, It took four to five phone calls to explain (on fifth call) that because the reduction, 50%, was for a 5 year customer, such reductions can be made. I decided to keep the signed contract active. However, some of my conversations with reps I spoke to were border line discourtious, suggesting I was either trying to game ADT or not being truthful. In fact the other ADT customer was truthful and correct and offerred her name and location if I needed it. Only on 3rd day post installation did I learn of this policy for 5 yr custoners in my final call to ADT. My concern was about fairness in pricing to all customers."

"I had researched several different security systems but decided to go with ADT. It was the best for our family. We will be moving and ADT said that would be no problem at all to move the system at all. Adam the ADT installer was very professional and nice. My only complaint is the ADT phone representative need to explain that the installer will give you other options that may cost more. Like, if you have a phone line you thought you were going to use but then you might want to to the Cell Phone way. I just think the ADT Phone rep needs to be more informative! "

"My installer was very friendly. However, when I ordered the system I was told that I would receive a $100 gift card and if I referred anyone I that I would get additional $100 gift. Card. My system was installed on August, 2012 and even after several calls to the service installer and your company I have yet to receive either of the (2) $100 gift cards that were considered part of the package.
