"While, first, I would say the system itself is easy to use. I was intimidated at first, but I have found that is isn't hard at all. I love the ease of the keychain remote--what an item, as it takes care of that anoying, did I leave that window open" moments. I absolutely sleep better, but the fact that my preteen sleep in her room now without being scared is the most VALUABLE experience, as she wouldn't sleep in her room before, and now she will! I, also, have to comment on your Technichian. He was the most repectable Technechian I have ever had. PLEASE look him up and give him a "BRAVO"! He went well above the call of duty. He absolutely stayed and got everything right before he left. He was very personable, respectable and even came to ADT's rescue when I thought, at first, I was being mislead. He handled the miscommunication with utmost repect for me and for your company. I have had other Tecnechians in the past that just side with the complaint and dig dipper holes of distrust issues with the company because of them spilling out other stories or negative remarks whether true of the company or not. Not so with your Technechian. He spoke so highly of ADT's reputation that I retracted my thought process into what it was, a miscommunication just between the sales man and myself, and I held no liability of what that other man said toward ADT as a company. Your Tech stayed and made sure everything was satisfactory before he left. He made sure I felt safe with the home and with my relationship with ADT, which is just as important! If I had a business, I would want all of my employees to be like this man (I since have forgotten his name). He listened to the needs of his customer that even, while waiting on response back from ADT, he heard another need and offered his services. He overheard that I was having a problem with a math problem (granddaughter homework), and politely said something similar to: "Excuse me, I'm very good with math. Would you like my help, while we wait for the response to our delima?" He helped her understand the problem and she answered it correctly. BRAVO! Please look him up...He not only saved your reputation with me, but all those I would have spoken with regarding the situation that happened. He stayed until everything was the way it was supose to be and beyond. What a person! And I love this company and my ADT SYSTEM!"

"The system appears to be doing well, easy to operate. I was told over phone that motion detector would work for pets up to 70 lbs.When installer/ salesman arrived, I was told that the motion detector would not work, after he called his supervisor he was able to adjust detector to work. Just seemed like he was trying to get me to buy more than I wanted. I'm also unhappy that I was not told thay my $100.00 free special offer would take over 4 weeks to receive plus cost me $5.00 in postage. (I have yet to receive) Plus that it would be basically a visa gift card."
