"The installation of my home security system went very well. My only concern at this point is an unexplained charge of $89.13 from ADT on my credit card. I was under the impression that I'd be charged $155.05 for the installation/activation on March 2, 2013. This is after the $77.58 charge for the installation/activation, which was explained to me via e-mail (since I thought I was only being charged $50 from my phone conversation with the ADT reps). The new charge of $89.13 is completely unexpected and unexplained as of yet. This will be the second time that I've had to inquire with ADT regarding a credit card charge. And I've only been using this service for a few days. To me, that's a little disappointing. I hope to get this resolved as quickly as possible, and I hope that ADT does not charge me for anything more than the monthly service charge of $44.99."
