"Our ADT Installation rep was wonderful. He was nice, courteous and knowledgeable. He made several recommendations and helped us to understand the pros and cons of each. When we made the selection he didn’t pressure us in any way, shape or form. This is HUGE to me. We just switched from Comcast which was just the opposite. Everything was, “a nickel here, a dime there,” and the customer service was subpar at best. We are very happy with ADT and glad we made the switch."

However, was upset that the price quoted to me over the phone was lower than the actual price that was neccesary to protect my home effectivelly. Perhaps you should say that it may be between say" $150-$250, depending upon the amount of coverage NEEDED to adequitelly protect your home and not quote a price that in the end is more than I expected to pay. "

"Well, we are feeling much safer now that we have this awesome system in. We've had 45 housebreaks recently, so we thought it was time. Ryan was our installer and he was exremely accommodating and even fixed my shade that came unravelled while placing a window alarm. When I called to have Ryan back to correct the placement of the siren...this Company called to make sure that we were satisfied with the results. To me, that makes a huge difference when you call back to make sure that everything went smoothly. My friend is already getting prices to have a system put in. I've told her about ADT and the recommendation offer..they seemed very interested...we'll see !!! Again, thank you for making us feel so much safer......even my 4 lb. Chihuahua thanks you !!!!! "
