"The service lady was good. However, when I needed something fixed the repair man that came was very unprofessional. There were 2 men that came and one just got to work and the other one stood around talking to us using rude lanuage while our young children were around. I think he was a manager of some kind but I was not impressed with him. The other man just did his work and didn't say anything. "
