"The sales person and installer were very helpful. However, I have requested a proof of service to be e-mailed to me for my insurance company 3 times and have yet to receive it. Also, our alarm went off for an unknown reason on Sunday evening, and ADT never called us. So I guess I'm pretty nervous about the quality of what we bought based on our post sales/installation experience."

"I was misled by the salesperson to believe that I was getting $1000 in free equipment. We talked extensively about fire protection and he never mentioned the fire detectors were almost $300 a piece. When the installer arrived I was told it was $800 worth of free equipment. Classic bait and switch. When I called to complain, I was told I had 30 days to reduce my package from the date of installation, but ADT had 30 days from the date of my complaint to investigate. Advantage - ADT Sucker - Me"
