"I have been pleased with the hardware and support from the alarm company. I have so far refered two people to ADT systems. One thing I can tell you is I feel a lot more secure going to work with the system monitoring my home. Also when I contact the Monitoring centers I am treated with the utmost courtesy and am asked key questions to verify my identity, I really liked that, before any changes in my key holder numbers was allowed. Another thing I really appreciated was the waiting period of seven days to let me get used to the system was at my request waived due to my recent breakins enabling my system to go hot the second day. I appreciated that the most of all as it really gave me peace of mind to go back to work and leave my house. Thank You ADT"
