"The young men that installed the job were very pleasant. They were one hour late because they didn't realize how far it was. I found that a lame excuse since after here they were going to Pine Bluff which is about 5 miles away. Everyone knew from the beginning I had a time constraint as my husband is in a nursing home with cancer and I was to meet him for a radiation consult. They missed my deadline and were very defensive and belligerent when I got mad. I do not know how to disarm the downstairs motion detector and after looking ar the key sheet, I am not sure I have one. I can not physically do stairs and have no way of knowing. My granddaughter was here this weekend amd she didn't see one but really did not know what she was looking for."
