"I called ADT to get some info about their services, and the gentleman I originally talked with was very nice and informative. When I decided to set an appointment he transferred me to his supervisor who was also very knowledgeable and just as kind as the first person I talked with. Because of this we chose to have ADT installed in our houe. The young man who came out was an incredible young man who was also very knind and knowledgable. If for no other realson, other than the treatment we received from each member of ADT was more than worth the choice we made to use ADT. The cost is very much in line with other companies. Maybe a little more, slightly, The way they respond when we accidentally set off our alarm is very sensitive, they respond immediately via email to let us know the exact time we sit it off and then shut it off and will follow up via text and phone call if necssary, as well as with kimdness. All of these reasons mentioned are worth their weight in gold and really when I say their cost is slightly more is not exaggerated at all. Other companies we called weren't very informative (secrative) as well as unkind almost like they didn't care if you used them or not as well as a couple had no problem talking bad about others like if it was common place. Very unprofessional! I almost used another company because they were 5 dollars a month cheaper. My wife and I am SO glad we took the time to call ADT. I am not an employee of ADT I am a paying customer and am very glad we made the choice to use them. For so many reasons ranging from their kindness knowldege, their ease of use and everything in between!"

"So far, my experience with dealing with ADT and it's third-party reps has been good. I really have only one complaint - the misunderstanding which occurred over the phone when I first decided to get an ADT system for our home. I was told one thing on the phone for a price, and when the installer came, it was a whole new story and price, which I found rather disturbing as what I 'thought' I was getting would cost more than I was originally told over the phone. Otherwise, we have no complaints and are thus far satisfied with our system."
