"My overall satisfaction is low. ADT in general is fine but the auth. dealer is a different story. The tech. that arrived for the install lacked knowledge of products & functionality. It has been over a month of service now & the system has yet to function properly for more than a few days. Currently my wireless door sensors are not working, etc. etc. etc. A tech. is coming out for the 3rd time tomorrow to fix the system...again...!!! As far as sales are concerned, I was told one thing on the phone & a different story when the tech. arrived. All & all I'm happy my home is protected, when the system is functioning but unsure if I would recommend ADT or "Protect Your Home", the ADT dealer to anyone...!!! #unhappyadtclient "
