"The security system is working and very nice, but the salesperson who sold me the product mis-represented the cost and billing proceudures. The gentlemen who installed the system was very knowledgeable and professional, but installed before explaining the entire cost. After the panel was in the wall, he then said these are the additional charges. ALL of this needed to be explained before installation. The system is very nice and I feel secure."
