"The ADT representative who did the installation was very professional. We feel very safe with our new system. The only complaint I have is ADT can be misleading when you originally place an order and make you feel you are going to receive all this equipment with the big "FREE" package; however, it all comes at a price. The rep spent the first half of the install trying upgrade our package (in a very professional manner) because the basic package is not as "safe" or as "reliable". "
