"Our experience was okay...A 7 on a scale of 1-10. I would give it a 7 instead of a 10 because I feel like we were mislead a bit when it came to the final sale of the installation and product. I was unaware that we would have to pay an additional $1200 for protection on our windows. I was under the impression that we would pay $40 a month and $100 installation. However, our windows also needed to be protected. Other than that it was good. The technician was good. Thanks, Christin"
