"The sales rep was energetic and very friendly, however the details of the services and equipment sold to me via phone were very different from the actual availability or services offered by ADT. The installation tech was awesome. Very friendly, easy to work with and was able to explain why there were variances that the sales rep has promised or offered. He was able to calm our frustration and make things right buy offering some changes with equipment which actually promoted an upgrade in the services from ADT and better security for our home. All though there was more of a financial commitment than anticipated, we are completely satisfied and happy to have the support of ADT security and the local install tech/rep on our side for our complete satisfaction and safety."
