"Definitely believe that the marketing is bait and switch. I was told one thing over the phone in regard to price and when the technician got there, it was a completely different ball of wax. I complained then, and nearly did not have the system installed, he offered me a discount on the installation fee (which I was NOT told about over the phone), and I opted for less protection than was probably necessary. I only went ahead with the system because my husband is deployed in Afghanistan, we have small children and my art studio is in my home. Have to protect my equipment and the finished pieces that are either for sale or promised to clients."
