My power went out. What do I do?

If your power goes out, your backup battery will kick in automatically to keep your system running without interruptions. It may beep at intervals to alert you the power source has changed. Clear the alert by entering your passcode.

When the power comes back on, your backup battery will recharge automatically. Call 1-800-521-1734 if you have any concerns about your backup battery.

I’m moving. Can I take my security system with me?

Yes, and you may even qualify for mover discounts! Please call 1-800-521-1734 for help transferring your service and equipment to a new address.

You can find your online account at MyADT.com. Log in to change payment details, schedule service appointments, and view your home security package details.

Can SafeStreets get me a discount on my homeowners insurance?

Usually. If your insurance company offers lower rates for monitored home security, you must submit your Alarm Monitoring Certificate to get the discount. You'll find the certificate in the Documents section of MyADT.com.
